How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team or visit our payment provider, Paddle, directly at paddle.net. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available within 30 days of your original purchase date. After this period, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to abuse this policy.
Partial Refunds
If you have used a significant portion of the paid service during the refund period, we may offer a partial refund proportional to the unused portion of your subscription. Annual plans cancelled within the first 30 days are eligible for a full refund.
