1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Unigree platform ("Service"), operated by Unigree ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Authority

You must be at least 16 years old, or have reached the age of legal capacity in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Our Service

Unigree provides AI-powered tools to help international students discover universities, scholarships, estimate admission chances, and plan their education journey. We do not guarantee admission, visa approval, or scholarship awards. The Service is for informational and planning purposes only.

4. Account & Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, and to promptly update it if anything changes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• Engage in fraud, spam, phishing, or deceptive practices;
• Infringe intellectual property rights of others;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks;
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities of the Service;
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

Unigree retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, documentation, designs, trademarks, and content created by us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial educational planning purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, create derivative works from, or redistribute any part of the Service.

7. User Content

Any content you submit to the Service (such as profile information, queries, or feedback) remains yours. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

8. Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service may require payment. All payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are handled by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

9. Disclaimers & Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

AI-generated recommendations and predictions are estimates based on available data and should not be considered guaranteed outcomes. University admissions, scholarship awards, and visa decisions are governed by third-party institutions and governments.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unigree's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unigree and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, repeated or serious policy violations, or any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. We may retain or delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Notice and applicable law.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Unigree operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
